Photo Diary IV: Annvita Tea Time

Annvita Team Room is a franchise that started from China. They have 3 stores in Shanghai, 2 stores in Beijng and 1 store in Chengdu. This is their first store in North America :)

Annvita's menu, it reminds me of a story book. Super thick and full of pretty pictures and facts about tea leaves and history <3

Love love love the decor. Asked Bear if he would ever decorate his house like this, he said no :(.

Ideal spot for dates though :)

They have a mini store at the front of the tea room. Gorgeous fine bone china and loose leaf teas. Not sure what the price range was, none of them had stickers on it.

You can smell all the teas they serve, loved the Champagne Fruit one <3

Consists of:

Bottom: 2 cucumber/cheese sandwiches, 1 crab meat biscuit, 1 fluffy mini croissant, citrus jam (not sure if this was for the tea biscuit... Bear ate it on its own)

Top: 1 watermelon sherbert & mixed fruit, 1 chocolate-dipped biscuit, 1 rose jam shortbrea, 1 dark chocolate biscuit, 1 mini custard cake

The sandwiches and watermelon sherbert w/ mixed fruits were really good, the other biscuits and cakes were average. Not sure if they bake these in house because the store bought biscuits taste better. It looks pretty though :)

English Rose Fruit Tea - $12.99 No re-fills allowed (read fine print in menu).

Consists of real oranges, kiwi and apple slices. Comes w/ a mini rose cream mousse dessert.
