The view from the Bike Tour, they say this is a private helicopter's landing.
Apparently these white buildings are very expensive luxury condos owned by celebrities and CEOs.
Staff setting up for the romantic dinners that take place during the evening. Couples can watch the sunset while eating their dinner on the beach.
